VND852Bln for HCM City’s Road Expansion
HCMC People’s Committee Vice-Chairman Nguyen Van Dua has recently announced a plan for the expansion of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Van Troi road. The city will provide displaced households with apartments at prices lower than the compensation they receive. The total investment in the project is over VND852 billion, while the compensation and land clearance costs are over VND778 billion. The land clearance will be completed by December 2004, with construction due to commence in January 2005 and complete by July 2007. It will be the main artery from Tan Son Nhat international airport to the city centre.
