International Exhibition on Food-Drink-Seafood 2005

More than 200 pavilions of food, beverage and seafood enterprises have registered for an exhibition to be held between January 13 and 18, 2005 in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. The organising board anticipates that it will be the largest exhibition of its kind with major display areas including seafood products from the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), beverages, processed foodstuffs, fresh fruits and vegetables, and food processing technologies. Additionally, products from Thailand, China, Turkey, South Korea, France and other nations will be on display.

During the event, cooking tests, seminars and training courses on quality standards, food safety and hygiene will be also organised. In particular, the Organising Board will arrange working visits for foreign business groups to meet and sign contracts with Vietnamese enterprises.
