Pacific Place: Another CBRE development

Pacific Place is another major project of CB Richard Ellis Co., Ltd (CBRE) in Hanoi, after the Metropole Centre and Vincom City Towers.

The office and apartment building, located at 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi will have a space of 48,800 sq. metres, including three storeys with 7,500 sq. metres for a department store, 16 storeys with 18,500 sq. metres for offices, 22,800 sq. metres for 191 apartments and a four-level underground parking area for 400 cars.

With classic French-style architecture and Taiwanese investment of nearly US$40 million, Pacific Place will be the first in Vietnam offering long-term leases enabling clients to pursue stable business activities. The average rental is US$7-11 per square metre depending on rental terms of 15, 25 or 37 years.
