Second Real Estate Auction Session: Over 2,000 Social Housing Units Expected to Be Sold

The second real estate auction session is expected to sell over 2,000 social housing products, heard the press conference on the second Real Estate Commercial Transactions Fair recently organised in Hanoi. This fair is under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction and directed by the Vietnam Real Estate Association.

 

Companies have registered to sell more than 2,000 social housing products and over 1,500 commercial housing products at all grades in the fair themed "Social housing & real demand. The organisers have received buying orders from more than 2,000 potential customers with real demand. The help desk at the fair will be able to assist 1,000 - 1,500 customers to register purchasers.

 

Currently, about 60 real estate companies have registered their attendance to the auction.

 

The second auction session is scheduled to take place from October 18 to 20 at the National Planning Exhibition Palace on Do Duc Duc Street, Me Tri commune, Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
