Companies with Capital above VND15 Billion Allowed to Print Invoices

The Ministry of Finance said the Government agreed to amend Decree 51 which specifies that companies with an individual registered capital of over VND15 billion are entitled to print invoices for its own. If those frequently change their registered addresses, local tax authorities will print invoices for them in the first year.

 

If they print their own invoices, they must connect with tax authorities for the purpose of controlling. After the first year, they will be allowed to self-print invoices if they are qualified.
