Exhibition of Plastic, Wood and In-exterior Products to be Held

An international exhibition of three major industries, the plastic, the wood and in-exterior industries (VietPlas, Vietwood and Vietnam In-exteriors) will be held for the first time in Hanoi from December 1-4. These are industries with high export turnover.

The organisers of the event will offer 150 Vietnamese enterprises, including Hanoi Plastics, the Ha Long Construction Pottery Company, Vinafor, the Long Hau Brick Company and Toto, as well as enterprises from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore and Thailand over 3,000 square metres of display area to showcase their products.

Products to be on display include plastic and rubber consumer goods, industrial and technical plastic items, woodworks, handicrafts and woodworks for engineering and sanitary ceramic ware. Nguyen Khac Luan, general director of Vinexad under the Ministry of Trade, said that the biggest purpose of the exhibition was to introduce and exchange technologies to improve Vietnam’s production capability.
