Hewlett Packard (HP) and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce & Industry have recently introduced the "Business Development" program in
"This is a program HP has deployed in many countries to assist SMEs," said HP Vietnam managing director Barney Yiu. The program will help SMEs to effectively invest in information technology (IT).
Firstly, SMEs participating in the program will get access to IT consulting services for free via conferences. They will also be provided with general IT and telecoms over the next 3-5 years. Secondly, the SMEs will be provided with updated information by leading experts of HP, Microsoft and Intel. Thirdly, the SMEs will be allowed to take part in fact-finding trips to other countries in
