Worker Management - Factory improvement

VCCI and ILO have recently organised a training course on “Management of human resources, discrimination and gender issues”. Participants were managers and workers of enterprises in Hanoi. The course is aimed at providing basic knowledge on management of human resources and related issues on discrimination and gender. The focus is on industries with high percentage of women workers. The programme will improve business efficiency and financial activities. The crucial issue is to operate with skilled workforce.

It is one of the six training courses of the Worker Management - Factory Improvement Programme (WMFIP). At present, the programme continues the cooperation with Vietnam Productivity Centre (VPC) and Vietnam Clean Production Centre (VCPC) to train consultants for enterprises nation-wide.
