VCCI HCM City Hosts Japan Management Training Programme

In an effort to build the corporate culture and improve relations between leaders and staffs, VCCI Ho Chi Minh City has joined hands with the International Relations Centre of the Nippon Keidanren (NICC) - the Japan Business Federation - to open a management training programme (MTP) from April 18 to 22, 2005.

After the programme, attendants will be granted certificates by the Nippon Keidanren. The programme will focus on roles of managers, management criteria, organising and work divisions, scheduling, skills to conduct, control, cooperate and increase staff abilities and behaviours, etc.

This programme was considered a management manual and a restorative for recovering the World War-hit economy in Japan. It was also applied during the Asian financial crisis. It is also taught in China, Taiwan, South Korea and others. Since March 2003, VCCI and NICC have provided the course for hundreds of attendants.
