HCM City Cable TV Launched

Ho Chi Minh City Cable Television Centre (HTVC) was inaugurated on May 19, 2005, at Legend Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. HTVC is expected to provide 40 national and international TV channels of different types such as movies, sports, news and programmes on demand. Especially, HTVC will try its best to localise cable TV channels into Vietnamese when and where possible, and provide exclusive programmes for women and children.

With the goal of creating “joy everyday”, HTVC promises to bring various national and domestic TV programmes to Ho Chi Minh City’s people by applying advanced television technologies.
