Nortel Releases Customer Contact Centre Solutions
Nortel Co. has officially introduced Nortel Contact Centre 6.0 suite for organisations and enterprises in Vietnam. This solution is aimed at increasing contact centre efficiency and providing a more effective customer contact experience in the virtual enterprise This solution. According to Mr Darren Leffler, Customer Contact and Self-Service Solutions of Nortel Asia Pacific, this suite is suitable for all types of enterprises.
With friendly, easy-to-use interface and superb features like inbound/outbound voice manager and company licence manager, Nortel Contact Center 6.0 will enable enterprises to increase efficiency and performance of telephone operators as well as simplify management and increase the efficiency of the customer contact centres.
In the recent five years, Nortel installed over 60,000 customer contract centres and more than 8,000 self-service solutions globally, supporting more than 4 million telephone operators. Currently, Nortel is introducing its products to Southeast Asian nations.
