Hanoi Real Estate Center Debut
The Hanoi People's Committee Chairman, Nguyen Quoc Trieu, signed on July 12 a decision to establish the Hanoi Real Estate Center, the first of its kind in the capital City.
The center belongs to the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources, Environment and Housing, focusing on four sections to provide consultancy and information related to real estate transactions.
It will help the state assess the macro fluctuation of the real estate market in order to issue policies to manage and regulate the market.
According to the department, the center will give consultancy in land prices for auctions, mortgages and land property right transactions, and provide legal information such as legal documents and plans of land use.
The center will also provide financial and brokerage services for real estate transactions such as mortgages, merchandising, rent, investment, insurance and others.
