PM Nods to Gold Exploration in Central Province

The Mineral Development Joint Stock Company No.4 has got permission from the Prime Minister to explore gold in Da Krong district, central Quang Tri province, state media report. 

 

The Prime Minister's Office said in its recent official dispatch that the Prime Minister allowed the company to continue exploring and evaluating gold reserves in six remaining sites in A Vao commune as proposed by the Ministry of Industry.

 

In another official dispatch, the office said Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung has agreed to allow the exploration of manganese in Tuyen Hoa district, central Quang Binh province, as proposed by the Quang Binh provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
