Techcombank Issues Techcombank Visa Debit Card

The Vietnam Technological Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) has lately connected with the international card issuer Visa to issue the Techcombank Visa debit card - an international payment card. This type of card enables users to shop or withdraw money at millions of ATMs and Visa points of sales (POS) throughout Vietnam and the world.

 

In addition to traditional features of international payment cards, Techcombank Visa debit cards have also integrated several premium features such as overdraft, automatic savings and home banking services. For example, if clients register the overdraft service - F@stAdvance, they can overdraw VND300 million for each secured account and VND100 million for an insecure account.

 

Mr Dinh Viet Cuong, Director of Techcombank Card Centre, said Techcombank will strive to issue 100,000 Techcombank Visa debit cards as of late 2007.
