MoNRE, French Superior Council Sign MoU

During his working visit to Vietnam from March 15-18, 2007, French Justice Minister Pascal Clement attended the signing ceremony of a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Vietnamese Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE) and Superior Council of French Notary.

 

The signature of this MoU marks a milestone in law cooperation between France and Vietnam. After the project to modernise the Vietnamese notary sector (within the framework of the Priority Solidarity Fund (PSF)’s projects), this is a new assistance to Vietnam’s economic development process. Particularly, France will provide a modern and reliable land administration system, a land plot measurement device, and an effective and quick real estate movement recorder.
