Awarded French Order of Merit

French Ambassador to Vietnam Jean-François Blarel has awarded the National Order of Merit to Ms Nguyen Thi Mo, former Rector of Hanoi Foreign Trade University.

As head of Hanoi Foreign Trade University, Ms Mo made great contributions to the cooperation between French and Vietnamese universities. With her efforts, enthusiasm and prestige, Hanoi Foreign Trade University successfully carried out many cooperation projects with French partners, including a program on Master of International Commercial Law with Tours University, Vietnam-France Law House and Vietnam-France Centre for Governance Training (CFVG). CFVG always appreciates her whole-hearted support, consultancy and understanding of the Vietnamese training system.

Her knowledge and affection for France have helped boost the relationship between Vietnam and France, even after she retired.
