British Aedas Firm Signs Consultancy Deal for US$1Bln Property Project
British architecture firm Aedas has won a consultancy deal with Ho Chi Minh City-listed Construction Joint Stock Company 5 and Realty Co SATO to construct a US$1 billion commercial and residential complex near Thu Thiem Bridge in Ho Chi Minh City’s Binh Thanh District.
The project will include 35-storey office building, a five-star hotel, hospital, a shopping mall, entertainment center, apartment blocks with 3,300 units and school on an area of 10 hectares, the local Vietnam News Agency said.
The first phase of the work will be implemented on area of 3.2 hectares at a cost of US$400 million with the design cost of US$4.5 million.
Aedas has 32 offices around the world and employs 2,100 architects and designers. (VNS)
