Vietnam to Spend VND250B to Boost Trade Next Year: Ministry
The Vietnamese Government will inject VND250 billion ($14.01 million) into the national trade promotion program in 2010, up 45% from a year earlier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
The money will be allocated to 200 trade promotion programs, said the ministry but giving no more details.
The government has so far this year poured VND166.25 billion ($9.3 million) into three phases of the national trade promotion program.
The country is forecast export $62.54 billion of goods and import $75 billion of commodities in 2010, rising 6% and 20%, up from 2009, respectively. (Trade & Industry)
