PTSC Undertakes, Operates Nghi Son Port

On October 27 in Thanh Hoa province, the PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), a member company of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) inked the document to officially take over, operate and exploit the wharf 1 and wharf 2 of Nghi Son Port, Thanh Hoa province.

 

Apart from the takeover of assets, PTSC also received the entire personnel apparatus, workforce of Nghi Son Port, entire assets, materials, fuels, tools, machines, equipment, ready money, cash at bank, debts, receivables, payables and effective contracts.

 

After the reception, PTSC will focus all resources on expanding the Nghi Son Port, recruit and train personnel, invest in equipment to boost operating capacity to satisfy rising demand, and partly contribute to the economic development in the region.
