Vietnam HUD Starts Building VND1.9T Realty Project in Hanoi
Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) under newly-built HUD HOLDINGS began construction on a VND1.9 trillion (US$100 million) hi-end office project in Hanoi on March 21.
Designed by Singapore-based KYTA Company, the HUD Tower will include two blocks of 32 and 28 floors.
When completed late 2012, the HUD Tower will provide Hanoi’s real estate market with 56,000 square meters of high-grade offices for lease.
HUD Deputy General Director Duong Van Phuc said 2010, the corporation expects to sign lease contracts with customers from late 2010. (New Hanoi)
