After nearly 20 years of development, Asia Foods Technology Co., Ltd has introduced its high-quality Micoem instant noodles in domestic and foreign markets. Its popular noodle brands include Gà Nấm (chicken with mushroom), Mummum, Dim Dim and Asiana. Besides, it also imports fresh NZ ice cream with different fruit flavours from New Zealand.
The company was formerly the C&E Foods Industry Co., Ltd, established in 1991. This was one of the first two instant noodle producers in northern Vietnam. General Director Le Quang Khai said, during the first years the company operated its production lines in Hanoi, it faced numerous difficulties. Its factories were hired from other companies. In the first 10 years, it had to change factories many times, thus affecting business stability.
In 2003, the company located its production facilities on an area of 4.5 ha in Tien Son Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province after receiving adequate information from industrial park operators and provincial government.
The company purchased modern production lines and applied advanced technologies of Japan and Taiwan to raise output to 96,000 packs a shift. Remarkably, from 2009, the firm installed another line imported from Japan to scale up production to 105,000 packs of instant noodle a shift. It also imported an advanced fish sauce production line from South Korea.
In the past years, thanks to tireless efforts of nearly 1,000 employees, Micoem has provided consumers with delicious, healthy and safe products. Besides, the firm has studied and introduced domestic and international markets with high-quality Micoem instant noodles. Its favourite noodle brands include Gà Nấm (chicken with mushroom), Mummum, Dim Dim, Cung Dinh (royal) and Cao Lau. Today, Micoem products are present in all provinces nationwide. The firm always pays close attention to upgrading and professionalising its sales system, and regularly trains its employees to elevate their professional skills. With its first-grade agents in all provinces and cities, its Micoem products will reach the hands of all consumers in the country.
In recognition of its efforts in researching and manufacturing high-quality, safe and healthy products, the company has won many awards and titles for its products like Gold Medal and Certificate of Vietnam High Quality Goods; the Food Safety Gold Medal 2003, the Certificate for the Use of Vietnam High Quality Products Mark, and the Certificate of Vietnam High Quality Products 2007.
