Dinh Moc Engineering Limited Company was founded in April 2005, beginning as a small mechanic shop mainly involved in repairing and assembling simple machines and vehicles to serve customer demand. With strong morale and tireless effort, Dinh Moc has asserted its reputation in the mechanical production field.
Since its beginning, the company has identified its development direction as choosing products different from existing ones, deeply investigating the market to find out which products are needed. Once identifying products with good potential to serve production, the company studies the specifications and functions of each machine, making adjustments to meet customers’ demand. Thus, the number of products made by the company has increased, expanding production scale to satisfy customers.
The person charting the company’s development path was Manager Dinh Xuan Moc. With his passion for work, he has taken advantage of every opportunity to develop the company. During his self-studying and working, he delved into manufacturing. While initially there were only simple vehicles for agricultural production, they have been followed by machines for agricultural production, construction and wood processing. Dinh Moc brand has now become a trusted choice of customers in provinces nationwide.
In 2009, there were 2 milestone events for Dinh Moc Company: First, funding was provided by the provincial Department of Science and Technology to bring products to Techmart Vietnam – ASEAN +3 Equipments and Technology Fair and the Ministry of Science and Technology highly appreciated the company’s product quality and awarded it the Golden Cup in TECHMART Vietnam – ASEAN + 3. Second, Dinh Moc was also assigned as the representative for Vietnamese enterprises to bring products to the exhibition held in Thanh Do, Tu Xuyen, China.
Receiving support from local authorities at levels, the company leased 6,000 square meters of industrial land in Xuan Kien Industrial Complex (Xuan Truong District), on which the company has built up a large scale mechanical manufacturing factory, providing stable jobs for 150 labourers with average monthly income of VND 3 million.
According to Manager Dinh Xuan Moc, in the current context of integration and fierce competition, the company has to choose a direction appropriate with its condition and qualification. To reach success, the prerequisite should be product quality. Therefore, the company has always made efforts to train a skilled workforce, and encouraged labourers to be active and apply technological advances into production, innovating designs to meet customers’ needs. It is important for the company to make reasonable investment and sustainably develop to create momentum for stable growth, helping to foster local economic development.
