Counterpart Fund for ODA Projects Must Be Enough from 2015

The Prime Minister recently signed a decision on advancing counterpart capital from government bonds in the 2015 Plan for official development assistance (ODA) programmes and projects.

 

Accordingly, the PM decided to advance VND3,590.9 billion for ODA counterpart capital from government bonds in the 2015 Plan for ODA programmes and projects launched by the Ministry of Transport and localities. The counterpart capital will be realised and paid till March 31, 2015.
