The CPV Food Complex, also known as the CPV Food Binh Phuoc Factory, has been a beacon of success since its establishment in late 2020 under C.P. Vietnam. The year 2023 marked a significant milestone for the factory, with export volumes tripling compared to those in 2021 and export to Japan, Hong Kong, Laos, and Cambodia. These accomplishments have played a pivotal role in bolstering the economic growth of Binh Phuoc Province and enhancing the quality of life for its residents.

Looking ahead, the Binh Phuoc factory has set ambitious goals for 2024 and beyond. It aims to escalate its annual export value to US$200 million by expanding its reach to more stringent markets such as Europe, America, and the Middle East.

With over 30 years of food industry experience and state-of-the-art production processes, C.P. is a trailblazing enterprise that has implemented the closed breeding and production model in Vietnam, commonly referred to as the 3F model: Feed - Farm - Food. This commitment aligns with C.P.'s business philosophy of “Bring Fresh, Clean, Safe products from farm to table for all Vietnamese families.”

Mr. Wirat Wongpornpakdee, Senior Vice President: New Business and Food Business of C.P. Vietnam, shared: “Our vision at C.P. is to become the Kitchen of the World. We aim to infuse each product with care to ensure quality from farm to table, thereby positioning Vietnam on the global map of branded poultry meat exports. To realize this vision, C.P. Vietnam has gleaned insights from advanced markets, equipped our factories with cutting-edge technologies, and met stringent criteria from high-end import markets. We are capable of tailoring our products to meet the specific requirements of each market.”

About the Binh Phuoc Factory

Launched in December 2020 with a substantial investment of US$ 250 million, the CPV Food Binh Phuoc factory has made a significant impact on Vietnam's livestock industry, elevating it to international standards. The complex commenced operations in 2020, exporting its first batch of chickens and positioning Vietnam among the world's leading poultry food producers, providing high-quality, safe chicken products for domestic consumers and exports.

The CPV Food Binh Phuoc factory complex adheres to 100% traceability across its entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to processed products. It also implements comprehensive environmental and animal welfare solutions, meeting all stringent criteria set by high-end importing countries.

As of 2023, the Binh Phuoc factory boasts an impressive output of 50 million broilers and 19,200 tons of processed chicken annually. Looking ahead, the factory has plans to broaden its horizons by venturing into more stringent markets such as Europe, America, and the Middle East.

In the face of economic challenges, the sustainable 3F Plus model offers C.P. Vietnam the advantage of optimizing input costs, reducing expenses, and providing support to farmers and the livestock industry to maintain stable operations.

Establishing a Sustainable 3F Plus Foundation

  • Feed (Clean Animal Feed): Since its inception in Vietnam in 1988, C.P. Vietnam has systematically invested in animal feed factories, employing modern equipment and technological solutions. This approach ensures the provision of age-appropriate nutrition that is clean, safe, and free from banned substances. As a result, animal feed is consistently of high quality, enhancing the food metabolism efficiency of animals and minimizing environmental pollution. Furthermore, raw material growing areas are strictly monitored, high technology is utilized, and the automatic production process is managed to guarantee stable product quality.
  • Farm (Clean Farm): Livestock farms in six districts/towns/cities of Binh Phuoc Province are currently developed on an industrial scale. Livestock are housed in closed farm conditions with air conditioning to prevent disease. This farm system has been recognized by the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) as Vietnam's first disease-free zone.
  • Food (Safe Products): Through a comprehensive control process, foods are produced using modern machinery to deliver high-quality products that ensure hygiene and safety for consumers.
  • "Plus": C.P. Vietnam emphasizes sustainable development, traceability of the entire supply chain from input to output, and environmental friendliness. These efforts contribute to waste and food loss prevention and the development of sustainable food production agriculture for a sustainable future.

Founded in 1993, C.P. Vietnam has been committed to a sustainable 3F closed value chain process from its inception. After three decades, the company currently operates 21 factories across Vietnam.
