Cuu Long Notary Office: Beacon of Professional Judicial Support

After 13 years of operation, Cuu Long Notary Office has continuously improved its expertise, competency and professional service to help enhance the effectiveness of administrative reforms in Tien Giang province.

Cuu Long Notary Office was established under Decision 847/QD-UBND of the Tien Giang Provincial People’s Committee by Notary Bach Van Hung. It is headquartered at 202 Ap Bac, Ward 5, My Tho City.

The office has actively invested in physical facilities, machinery, and equipment, fostering an environment conducive to legal excellence.

With a team of 13 employees, including three notaries deployed according to their qualifications and capabilities, Cuu Long Notary Office boasts a workforce immersed in continuous professional development. Notaries, officers and staff, armed with profound knowledge and an enthusiastic service attitude, actively participate in professional training classes organized by the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Justice, and the Vietnam Public Notary Association.

Notary, attorney Bach Van Hung, Director of Cuu Long Notary Office, said, "During its operation, the office has applied notary and authentic database software provided by the Department of Justice. We review transactions before completion, promptly updating the notary and authentic database immediately afterward. Modern information technology is woven into all stages of notarizing contracts and transactions, ensuring document legality and delivering enthusiastic and thoughtful service to customers."

Annually, Cuu Long Notary Office notarizes nearly 15,000 contracts and transactions, authenticates over 7,500 copies, and validates signatures in papers and documents. The office's financial contributions are noteworthy, collecting VND7.56 billion in fees and contributing VND450-500 million to the State budget.
