US$18Mln Luxury Apartment Complex Underway in Haiphong
The South Korea-based GNSVINA Co. has kicked off construction on a luxury apartment complex with total investment of US$18 million in northern Haiphong city’s Hong Bang district.
Cozyville will include three 20-storey buildings with 432 apartments and a nine-storey multipurpose building that covers 22,400 sq. m.
A 200-space car park, swimming pool, children’s play ground, a mini golf course and an English center for children will also be available for future residents.a
The developers target overseas expatriates and high-income earners who work and live in Haiphong and nearby provinces as potential customers.
The project is earmarked for completion by August 2009. (VNA)
