U.S. Firm Mulls VND200 Bln Textile Plant in Mekong Delta
The U.S. A&E Group is planning to invest VND200 billion (US$12.5 million) to build a dyeing textile plant in Mekong Delta Tien Giang province, the Sai Gon Giai Phong newspaper said.
The U.S. company said it will hire 3.5 hectares of land at Tan Huong Industrial Park to carry out the project.
The plant will have advanced waste treatment technology meeting U.S. standards.
Leaders of the A&E Group have worked with the provincial authorities on the project. (Liberation Saigon)
