Global Finance Grants Best E-Banking Award to HSBC Vietnam

Global Finance magazine honored HSBC Bank Vietnam Ltd. for having the best online banking for its individual customers.

 

This is the latest international award for the bank. Earlier, Global Finance singled the bank out as having the best trade financing.

 

HSBC Vietnam was also named the best foreign bank in Vietnam in 2006, 2007 and 2008 by Finance Asia.

 

This latest award is based on criteria that assess the strategic strengths of banks: their ability to attract and serve customers in online banking services, the growth of their customer base, as well as the functionality and the design of their Website.

 

Lyndsay Rajah Head of Personal Financial Services of HSBC Vietnam said that the domestic online consumer credit site is designed in conformity with its parent site, allowing customers to have quick access to information and to perform local and international transactions. (Vietnam Economic Times)
