Vietnamobile's Network Now Covers Hai Van Pass Tunnel

Vietnamobile just moved one more step closer to the target of nationwide network coverage by successfully covering mobile network services under the Hai Van pass tunnel. This makes Vietnamobile the fourth network operator in Vietnam to extend its network reach the Hai Van tunnel, following Vinaphone, MobiFone and Viettel. 

 

From inside the tunnel, Vietnamobile’s subscribers, especially the wireless carrier’s customers in the Central region of the country, will rest assured that they stay connected even on their way through the mountain underpass. Two BTS stations have been installed in both the North and South entrances of the tunnel to “pump” the mobile wave very good connection quality into the tunnel.

 

This is yet another huge effort by Vietnamobile in providing customers with the best service and network quality possible.

 

Only two years into operation, Vietnamobile's network has now covered most provinces in the country, especially areas with difficult access and challenging conditions for mobile network coverage.
