Nguyen Kim is a leading retail centre of consumption electronic products in Vietnam and highly appreciated by both local and foreign organisations. According to a poll conducted by AC Nielsen, 99 percent of consumers appreciate Nguyen Kim as the top brand in the area of Vietnamese retail consumption electronic products. Over the past few years, Nguyen Kim has acted as a pioneer in offering customers special post-sale promotion programmes and policies which can help to boost demand and raise the profile of the local consumption electronic market. Nguyen Kim always tries to set up a modern sales centre with many preferential policies and big post-sale promotion programmes to lure customers, creating a firm foundation for its development. Besides, the company takes advantages of strategic partners to bring more interests for customers. Following these successes, Nguyen Kim has built its five-year development roadmap, for the 2011-2015 period, mainly focusing on establishing 40 extra sales systems nationwide. In December, 2011, Nguyen Kim opened five sales networks in provinces. Thanks to this, its sales increased dramatically compared to the same period of the previous year. It has also continued investing in six more in the south and east southern region and the central region. In the current economic difficulties, expanding scale is considered as a challenging issue. However, Nguyen Kim’s Management Board’s careful consideration and the determination has turned difficulties into advantages. In the first months of 2012, its revenues increased over 33 percent against the same period of last year, in which, the majority came from new networks opened in December 2011 and April 2012.
 
To maximise customer care as well as potential for the company development, Nguyen Kim has paid special attention to human development. In addition to bonus and salary policies under laws, the company has issued many other policies to ensure benefit for workers. Apart from care for the staffs’ life, Nguyen Kim has implemented many training courses both inside and outside the country for its staffs, sent many cadres to conferences held by local organisations and associations as well as strategic partners. The rate is aimed to be maintained to bring Nguyen Kim’s revenues to US$2 billion in 2015. Nguyen Kim will expand its markets and open new centres, expecting to raise the centre number to 50 by 2015.
