M&A-driven Industrial Investment Promotion
The Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to host a workshop on “M&A-driven industrial investment promotion” at Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi on November 29, 2016.
The workshop is one of the important events aimed to promote industrial and trade development investment, assess M&A context and boost M&A investment opportunities in Vietnam.
The event will consist of two main sessions. The first will delve into regulatory roles in M&A-driven investment promotion; roles of commercial banks in M&As, M&A investment in Vietnam from the perspective of a foreign company, and notes for foreign investors in Vietnam.
The second session will cover such topics as comparative advantages of Vietnam businesses in M&As with regional businesses from the perspective of experts; M&A-driven investment trends of South Korean companies, and impacts of free trade agreements (FTAs) on M&A trends.
