The Ministry of Planning & Investment is mulling over a plan to establish a national information network to connect enterprises and management agencies in 2006.
The network, which provides comprehensive information on all enterprises throughout the country, will facilitate the operations of enterprises and the management of management agencies.
"In 2005, we will focus on training the human resource which will operate the network, establishing information standards and granting business licenses online on a trial basis," said Truong Duc Hung, director of the ministry's IT Center.
The ministry will complete the database on enterprises and put the network into operation in 2006.
