In the new phase of development in Dien Bien province, coordinated infrastructure and residential projects are becoming key drivers of socio-economic growth. A notable example is the Muong Thanh project cluster, which includes the Muong Thanh A Urban Residential Area and the Muong Thanh Market and Trade Center, developed by NQT Quang Ninh Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company (NQT Quang Ninh). These projects serve as both architectural and economic landmarks and demonstrate the spirit of enterprises working with the province to promote sustainable development.
From strategic vision to practical action
Covering over 5.49 ha with a total investment of about VND614 billion, the Muong Thanh A Urban Residential Area is carefully planned, combining technical and social infrastructure. The project expands Dien Bien’s central urban space, creating a modern, friendly, and culturally unique residential model. Nguyen Quoc Ngu, Chairman of the Board and General Director of NQT Quang Ninh, said, “Dien Bien is a land rich in tradition and potential. The province’s open investment environment and support from local leaders have strengthened our confidence to carry out key projects here.”

Following the establishment of Muong Thanh ward, the project quickly became a strategic highlight, providing high-quality residential land, increasing budget revenue, and creating jobs for local workers. Muong Thanh Market and Trade Center, a landmark project celebrating the 15th Provincial Party Congress, marks a new milestone in commercial and service infrastructure development. The project not only enhances the urban landscape but also opens a modern commercial space, stimulating economic activity and fostering local entrepreneurship.
“We hope this project becomes a symbol of Dien Bien’s revival and growth, a token of appreciation from NQT Quang Ninh to this historic land,” emphasized Nguyen Quoc Ngu.
Partnering with the province for sustainable development
The impact of NQT Quang Ninh goes beyond project scale, reflecting the company’s commitment to partnering with local authorities and communities. Throughout project implementation, the company has received close support from provincial departments, agencies, and local leaders.
