Hanoi Plaza Hotel Ltd Company, a member of the South Korean Charmvit group, will open a seven star commercial and office center in Hanoi in the first quarter of 2010.
Charmvit Plaza will be the largest office building and the first top class office building to be launched in Hanoi next year, the agency added.

The 27-storey complex is located in the new residential area in southeast of Tran Duy Hung road, opposite the Big C Thang Long supermarket and the National Convention Center.

Construction on the complex which began in late 2007 is estimated to cost US$120 million.
