National Assembly Sets Central Budget at VND729,730 Bln in 2017
On the morning of November 14, as high as 82.15 per cent of members of the lawmaking National Assembly passed a resolution on central budget allocation for 2017. Accordingly, total central budget collection will be VND729,730 billion and the total local budget collection will be VND482,450 billion. Total central spending will be VND902,030 billion, of which VND254,630 billion will be used supplement local budget targets.
The resolution on allocation of the central budget in 2017 is based on sectors and central agencies/ministries, and percentages of allocated budget collections between central budget and local budget. These percentages are kept stable in 2017-2020.
