The Overseas Vietnamese Businesses Association (AVIBA) in Ho Chi Minh City will hold a New Year festival entitled “Joining Hands Together” to create opportunity for overseas Vietnamese to rally in their homeland on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday.
The festival will be a place for domestic and overseas Vietnamese businesses to cooperate and help the country integrate into the global economy.
