Vietnam’s state budget revenues are estimated to reach 90.5 per cent of the yearly projection as of Sept 15, higher than the fulfillment rate of 68.6 per cent in the same period last year, the People’s Army newspaper cited Ministry of Planning and Investment as saying.
Collection from import and export activities surpassed 11 per cent against the annual target.
Total state budget expenses are estimated to represent 78 per cent of the full-year plan, higher than the 66.6 per cent accomplishment in the same period last year.
Spending for investment of development made up 68.6 per cent of the whole year plan, and for infrastructure development 64.8 per cent.
Vietnam’s National Assembly late last year approved the plans to collect state budget revenues of VND323 trillion (US$20.187 billion) and expenditures of VND398.98 trillion (US$24.93 billion) this year. (People's Army)
