Seagull Hotel is located on the beautiful and sunny Quy Nhon beach. It is a four-star hotel designed in modern European architecture and surrounded by a lot of attractive sceneries in Binh Dinh…With a favourable location, Seagull Hotel has become one of tourists’ most favourite choices in the province.
Seagull Hotel is under management of Construction Joint Stock Company No. 47. It was put into operation in 1991. In August, 1996 the hotel was recognised two-star hotel by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; in December, 2002, the hotel was recognised as three-star hotel and become four-star hotel in August 2007 when 11-storey A Zone of the hotel was put into operation.

The hotel now has 170 well-equipped and modern rooms. The hotel’s restaurants, bars, meeting rooms to be well-equipped for international conferences, a big swimming pool adjacent to the beach, spa and massage services as well as various sea sports and inbound and outbound traveling centre with talent and experienced guide team, modern equipment, etc. satisfy visitors’ demands. It employs 175 employees. They are enthusiastic, friendly, professional and experienced staffs (97 per cent). Of them, over 20 per cent hold university and college degrees, and more than 40 per cent have graduated from vocational training schools.
 
Two key services of the hotel are entertainment and restaurant. It also is home to inbound and outbound traveling centre with talent and experienced guide team, modern equipment, etc. and spa and massage services as well as various sea sports. Notably, the services are very professional and well-equipped. In 2007 and 2008, the hotel turned the A Zone into a four-star hotel and invested in upgrading of five-storey B Zone with luxury bedrooms, restaurants and conference halls. The inbound and outbound traveling centre of the hotel offers tourists with inbound and outbound traveling centre services and modern carriers to serve traveling demand of tourists. Since 2000, the hotel has been a pioneer in tourism activities in Binh Dinh.
 
Through drinking & food festivals, Seagull Hotel has made contributions to introduce the local culture and gastronomy to local and foreign arrivals. The hotel has taken initiative in creating unique features for its tourism and service activities. In August, 2008 Seagull Hotel set the national record with "the Vietnam’s biggest coconut girdle cake" with certification and cup from the VN-Vietbook.
 
Despite fiercer competitiveness, Seagull Hotel always considers competition as an evitable factor and a driving force for the hotel’s operation. Ta Thi Hoa – Director of the hotel said: Seagull Hotel always pays much more attention to further improving service quality and raising prestige. The hotel has been successfully applied the ISO 9001:2000" and always tried its best to overcome difficulties and effectively tap opportunities to develop its operation.
 
Seagull Hotel often reports higher revenues than that of previous years. In 2007, it obtained growth rate of nearly 40 per cent and expect to obtain the rate of 60 per cent in 2008. The hotel has also actively helped develop the local tourism sector and has been recognised as a leading unit of the provincial hospitality sector. In 2004, the hotel received the third-class Labour Medal by State President, and certificates of merit from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 2003, 2004, 2005; certificates of merit from Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee in 2002 and in 2004; emulation flag from the provincial People’s Committee in 2006; certificate of merit from Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport in 2007; and the Award "Excellent Quality - Service" from Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper and Bong Sen Vang Comapany.
