The central province of Binh Thuan has granted a license to the Duc Khai Auto Joint Stock Company to build an automobile assembly factory with a total investment of VND338 billion, marking it as the first of its kind in the province.
Covering six hectares of land in Ham Cuong commune of Ham Thuan Nam district, the factory will be capable of assembling 13,000 units per year.
The factory will assemble trucks with a load capacity of around 2.5-15 tons and passenger cars with 16-45 seats. (www.binhthuan.vn)
