Instruction to Create, Check L/C Payment Documents

Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (VCCI-HCM) recently hosted a training course for formulating and examining L/C payment documents in accordance with new legal requirements provided in UCP600 2007 ICC. 

Course contents included: Guidelines for applying revised L/C international practices like UCP600, ISBP 681, EUCP 1.1 and URR 725 2007 ICC; Instructions to use seven types of commercial L/C, namely Irrevocable, Confirmed, Red Clause, Transferable, Back to back, Revolving and Reciprocal Letter of Credits; Create and check Bill of Exchange; Create and check Commercial Invoice; Create and check Bill of Lading; Create and check Insurance Policy.

 

The course provided professional knowledge and experience in limiting risks in international payment for business managers, import and export personnel and banking personnel.
