The Japanese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City just signed a contract to provide a non-refundable aid to the three provinces of Dak Lak, Ben Tre and Dong Nai.
The aid package will be used to buy medical equipment for Cu Lao Minh District General Hospital in Ben Tre province and Tan Phu District General Hospital in Dong Nai province, and to build Le Van Tam Primary School in Dak Lak province.
These projects aim to improve the quality of healthcare and educational services to meet the increasing demand of local people.
