Mekong Delta Trade, Tourism, Investment Fair to Open in An Giang

The Mekong Delta Trade, Tourism and Investment Fair is scheduled to open from May 9 to 14, 2012 in Xuan To Industrial Park, Tinh Bien district, An Giang province. The fair provides 400 booths including 5 - 7 percent for foreign exhibitors. Key exhibits include agricultural products, aquatic products, consumer goods, foods, household appliances, footwear, apparels, technological equipment and furniture. The fair also aims to promote and advertise tourism in the province.

 

This is an opportunity for businesses to advertise and introduce their products to consumers in bordering districts and in Cambodia, carry out market research and planning and work out market development strategies. This event also helps promote border economic development, facilitates export of goods manufactured in An Giang, Mekong Delta provinces and Ho Chi Minh City to neighbouring Cambodia and other ASEAN countries, and deepens close friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia.
