Revenue growth averages 10 percent a year and the monthly income of 525 employees is approximately VND4 million each on average. It also pays almost VND9 billion of taxes a year.

To have a sustainable business, the management board of the company flexibly and creatively manages the company. To strengthen the loyalty and devotion of employees, the company leaders have focused on building corporate culture, aiming to make the company a common home for all staff and an inspiring environment for them to build their talents. The above results come from the company’s construction and application of ISO 9001:2000 quality system certified by QUACERT. The company’s office has been computerised, with accounting software and customer management software installed.

In the coming time, the company will continue expanding production and market. With the Nam Nui Coc water plant with a daily output of 50,000 cubic metres, the firm will serve people in the west of Thai Nguyen City, south of Dai Tu and Phu Luong districts. In addition, the company will gradually improve and upgrade the existing water supply system and strive to cut water loss.

"Our standpoint is not relying or abusing the position and advantage of a monopolistic company, but trying to improve the quality, reputation, branding and corporate culture. Then, we effectively carry out appropriate solutions to expand production, increase sales and reduce production costs to improve business efficiency,” said Mr Tran Quang Han, Director of Thai Nguyen Water Joint Stock Company.

Speaking of the investment environment in Thai Nguyen, Mr Han said, the investment environment and policies are in general improving and favourable for enterprises to do business. However, to create a better investment environment in the future, it is necessary to enhance investment promotion activities, build the capital market, develop the labour market, and build mechanisms, policies and international relations to promote local potential, attract tourists and investors, and speed up economic development to match local potential.
