Quang Binh: Red Carpet Welcome Investors
Quang Binh authorities have organised a press conference in
Mr. Phan Lam Phuong, Chairman of Quang Binh People’s Committee introduced to the press the potentials and strengths as well as preferential policies to lure more investment. Although far from political and economic centres and low-based economy, the province has adequate conditions for socioeconomic development in the process of industrialisation, modernisation and international economic integration.
Over the past years, Quang Binh maintained an economic growth rate of over 8 per cent with proper economic restructure, improved infrastructure especially in communication network, tourist centres, industrial zones, seaport, airport, and stable political and social conditions.
Although the province was seriously hit by the war and local people are industrious and cooperative, Quang Binh will certainly be a promising land for investors, Mr. Phuong asserted.
