The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) has proposed amendments to regulations on conditions for industrial park (IP) establishment stipulated by the Government's Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP.
To obtain a certificate for infrastructure construction investment and operation, applicants must satisfy two conditions: Matching the industrial park development master plan approved and the occupancy rate of leasable areas in existing industrial parks in the area reaching at least 60 per cent
