The Customs Risk Division under the General Department of Customs launched a telephone hotline for handling problems from late November 2012.
Fixed landline telephone number (04.4452.1122) will open during official working hours while mobile phone number (090.224.5656) will serve around the clock. The hotline will receive and process information about the signs of abuse, problems and limitations of customs procedures.
