Investors Get Guarantee in Hi-tech Agricultural Park

The Hi-tech Agriculture Park will consider and grant guarantees for investors before they finalise legal procedures, announced the head of the management board for the Ho Chi Minh City Hi-tech Agricultural Park at a conference on its tasks for 2013.

The head said the management board will recommend to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the municipal governing body, to introduce many sanctions on investors failing to comply with investment obligations or allow investors to sue legal organisations for harming them in the course of investment.
