Since the beginning of the year, Phu Yen export value has reached US$36.2 million, almost equal to the year plan and 44.7 per cent over the same period last year.
Local products made up 89 per cent of the value (US$32.3 million). The major export items are agro-aquatic products. The export value for 2004 is expected to reach US$45 million, 22 per cent above plan.
