JICA Assists in Formulating New Technical Cooperation Project

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is currently discussing with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to formulate new technical cooperation projects to help facilitate Vietnamese SOE and banking sector restructuring.

Both projects are still under consideration. JICA’s technical cooperation projects are just to assist the Government of Vietnam develop their policy framework and capacity, so that the Government can tackle SOE and banking sector restructuring.
