Central provinces of Vietnam attracted 66 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects with a combined registered capital of US$1.5 billion in 2013. Remarkably, Bus Industrial Centre Co., Ltd invested US$1 billion to build a bus and bus parts production facility in Binh Dinh province.
Central provinces have to date attracted 850 FDI projects capitalised at nearly US$25.5 billion.
